In order to verify the mechanical and physical properties, the Hercules Engineering structural & mechanical pot bearings are tested at our testing facility, Hercules I-Lab Testing & Research Centre. The lab is accredited by Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia (SAMM), operating to MS ISO/IEC 17025 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”Hercules Test Machine has a maximum vertical load capacity of 50,000 kN and maximum horizontal load capacity of 5,000 kN. The Uplift Load Test combined with rotation as well as the short and long term coefficient of friction tests are also possible. We have access to carry out full properties test on materials, especially elastomer, in a quality accredited laboratory. Hercules Digital Test Machine can also provide calibration services for hydraulic equipment and load cells.
